Public website
RSA's public website at https://rsaoffice.org provides institutional information. Contact the office for current program details. Visiting the website or contacting the office does not authorize recurring text messages. Text-message authorization is a separate, voluntary process on RSA's consent site.
Program
Program name: RSA Student Informational Texts.
Program sponsor: Rabbinical Seminary of America / Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim, 76-01 147th Street, Flushing, NY 11367.
Description: informational text messages for enrolled students, sent by the yeshiva office.
Messages you may receive
Shabbos meal attendance questions; classes and learning information; Yeshiva announcements; schedule changes; administrative reminders; event information; safety or emergency notifications; and other student-related communications.
This program does not send marketing, advertising or fundraising messages. Those would require a separate opt-in.
How to opt in
Use the public consent form, actively select the consent checkbox and confirm the number is yours. Alternatively, give an affirmative YES to the script read by authorized RSA staff in person. Neither method requires an SMS code. Consent and staff review are recorded separately. A login, student record or prior relationship alone is not consent.
Recurring messages and frequency
This is a recurring message program: by opting in you agree to receive more than one message.
Message frequency varies.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges are between you and your carrier.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message from this program to unsubscribe. You may also reply STOPALL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL or QUIT. After you opt out you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages from the program.
You may also ask us to remove you by writing to [email protected] or calling (718) 268-4700.
To start receiving messages again you must opt in again — we will not re-subscribe a number automatically. Fresh web or verbal consent is reviewed before RSA removes its suppression. Your carrier may separately require START to unblock delivery; START alone does not provide new RSA program consent.
Help
Reply HELP to any message, or contact [email protected] or (718) 268-4700.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
This program may not be supported by every carrier, and delivery is not guaranteed.
Consent is not a condition
Consent to receive these messages is voluntary. It is not a condition of enrollment, of receiving any service, or of purchasing anything.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy at https://consent.rsaoffice.org/privacy. We do not sell mobile information, and our messaging providers may use it only to deliver and administer our messages.
Changes to these terms
If we materially change the program — what it sends, how often, or who sends it — we will publish updated terms with a new version label, and where the change is significant we will ask for a new opt-in rather than relying on the old one.
